Refund Policy for Muyex Digital

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with all services offered. However, we have the following refund policies in place:

1. Project Cancellation

• Before Work Starts: Full refund
• After Work Starts: Partial refund based on the work completed

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Once final files are delivered for custom design projects (web, graphic, or motion), refunds are not available
• Monthly retainers or subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be canceled with written notice

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

Please contact us if you’re unhappy with any aspect of the service. We’ll work with you to make it right.

4. Payment Disputes

If a payment is disputed without prior communication, we may suspend or terminate services immediately.
